Happy New Year 2024!
As you may have noticed things look a little different around here. At the end of January my site hosting plan expires, and I have chosen not to renew it. Since I decided to not renew with HostGator, I decided to come on over to old faithful (and free) Blogger.
I didn't see the need to invest in a hosting plan only to make a handful, less than a handful of posts a year. I don't want that to be the case in 2024.
I want 2024 for to be a year of growth and also experimentation. Trying things out, seeing what works. That has been my biggest problem over the years, failure to try. One of my key takeaways from 2023 was that I need to execute. If I just keep the ideas in my head and don't act on them, I will never no what will work and what doesn't. As cliche and Nike as it sounds, I just gotta do it. No matter what it is, a podcast, a YouTube video, a blog post, whatever it is I need to execute.
Right now it is a little over and hour left in 2023. So as this year comes to a close I will enjoy my Rum and Coke and raise this glass to 2023, goodbye and good riddance. And I raise it one more to 2024 the year of The Mind of Smoothie!
